Customer's comments:

The power plant is electric - Kontroniks 600-25/4.2:1 GB, 11x7 APC, HV-85 Castle ESC,

Kokam 3200mA in 6S1P. It was very fast and went vertical easily.
Remember- starting CG is 13.25" back from the nose, I found 13.5" to be perfect for me.

Went together OK, but don't like the canopy mounting, split airbrakes a bit of a pain to setup the linkage on. Fuel tank must be reversed in order to due straight up climbs, [engine will stall on you otherwise] needs more nose weight if using a .46 sized engine.

my first one had split air brakes have they changed the design? you cant put flaps on a flying wing dude

The kit does not come with airbrakes. It comes with solid wood flaps. You must split them somehow to create actual airbrakes as seen in the photo below. I'm angry about this.

Haven’t flown this bird yet. But putting it together was fairly simple. The instruction could use some updating. They seem to have changed the air brakes and the canopy mounting from the previous version. The color layer on the covering seems to separate from the clear layer when I tried to remove the masking tape I used. Other than improving the canopy mounting , using better covering and providing better quality screws the plane is a great addition to anyone’s collection.
